Raynauds Sydrome - vasospasm of the fingers

Many people suffer from very cold fingers and toes - and they often worry that they have "poor circulation". This is not strictly the case with Raynauds - as we will explain.

The photo above shows a classic case of Raynauds Phenomenon - the fingers are white from where the blood vessels have gone into intense spasm - stopping any blood flow to the finger tips.
